Therapeutic Support

Dr Coby is currently a provider who can offer services through NDIS under Therapeutic Supports - Other practitioner for her BRAIN THERAPIES PROGRAM.

She can support Self-Managed clients. If you are Plan Managed, you will need to give this information to your plan manager or NDIS area manager to ensure this therapy is aligned with your goals, is considered a reasonable and necessary support for you and that you have funds in the appropriate category before proceeding with care.

Services are individualised according to participant goals and needs and may be used alongside other allied health and medical supports. Relevant reports and assessments can be provided.

Depending on your NDIS goals this may be under the category of improved daily living to support independence, improve confidence and interaction in the community. Or under improved relationships to develop social skills and behavioural interventions.

Programs involve both in-clinic and home-based participation and are tailored to the participant’s identified functional challenges, goals, and

support needs.

Services are delivered as disability-related therapeutic supports using evidence-informed neurological, sensory and movement-based approaches aimed at improving daily functioning, cognitive functioning, emotional regulation, sensory processing, and community participation.

  • Fine and gross motor skills
